If you're in the UK you can phone NHS Direct on 08 45 46 47 and speak to a nurse for free. Don't know about other countries.

Check your large hospitals in your city and call the main number, they should be able to tell you. There is a nurse hotline in my city.

OK, seriously, why do you ask? If you need help, then call up your local GP who often have a practise nurse who can see you. If you are desperate, you can go up to emergency, but unless its very urgent, you might have to wait a while.

(BTW, the number isn't actually 1800 NURSE - I was having a joke with you)
