I would call a vet immediately and ask them. She will probably be okay, but for such a young and small dog, it could be bad. I do know of two things that you should never let a dog eat. They are: chocolate, and onions. Chocolate can make a dog very sick and can even kill them, depending upon the dog. My dog ate some chicken scraps that we forgot we had cooked with onion. He got severe pancreatitis and had to be hospitalized for 3 days. He almost died. The vet told us that onions are toxic to dogs and can actually kill them. I would call your vet, or if you don't have one, just call any vet, to make sure. If the vet you call is closed, there are emergency vet clinics that are open 24 hours. They should be able to tell you over the phone, even if they try to make you come in and bring your pet (don't do it unless you are willing to spend a lot of money, because emergency pet clinics charge a lot more than normal vets). Good luck to your little pal.

Caffeine is very bad for dogs. For example, I've heard that caffeine is the equivalent to cocaine in humans.

You need to call your vet immediately. You have a small animal, and that is way too much caffeine for her. It could cause a reaction close to that of poisoning, causing labored breathing, very fast heart rate, vomiting, and more.

Call your vet. It may be that s/he will want to pump her stomach to avoid any bad after effects. Chocolate, caffeine, medications of all sorts are harmful to puppies and dogs. Ask your vet to give you some tips on how to puppy-proof your home.

Too much caffiene IS bad for dogs (part of the reason chocolate is bad for dogs) but I'm not sure how much is too much. It's probably a good idea to call your vet and ask.
