Losing that much weight without trying isnt good news. See a doctor immediately

I would suggest going to see a doctor.

You may not even realise that you are dieting. When I first realised I was suffering from an eating disorder my weight had already plummeted by over 2 stone. I had never set out to lose the weight. It was only once all my friends and family were getting involved and worrying that I realised that there was clearly a problem. It was as if it was all happening without me actively pushing for it. Even now I cant think of the day where it all started going wrong.

I hope this isn't the case for you, but I do definitely recommend seeing your doctor, they can always help.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

Diabetes is usually treated through a combination of diet (low sugar), exercise and medications/insulin. Milder cases can be controlled with just diet an/or exercise while more severe cases require meds or insulin as well.

You need to go to your doctors straight away, especially if you aren't on a diet and you don't know why you are losing weight.
