I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

Take off 30 pounds or LOOSE 30 pounds?
You must be getting ready for a wedding or something.
Doing what your trying to do will simply put you back where you are in a relatively short time. Crash diets, all the nonsense... doesn't do anything for you except give you a temporary fix.
Change your eating habits, excercise, give yourself time to loose the weight. It sounds like you just want to look good for one moment in time.... which is sort of worthless, don't you think?

Drink, lots and lots of water, witch will help with fat and appetite control. Jog a hour in the morning and a hour a night. Eat nothing with salt or sugar, only lean meat and vegetable's 6 small portion a day. Think If you were lost in the woods what would you find to eat?? On soda, no bread, no candy, no beer, no eating out, no nothing!!! check all label's for sodium & sugar and just do it.

Figure out your daily requirements (calorie wise) knock 1,000 off of it and you will lose 2 lbs. per week. This is the fastest you can do this safely and it will stay off. Good Luck

Follow a good eating plan, limit white foods, such as white bread, rice, etc. and exercise. Something as simple as walking. Use a Walkman audio player, and enjoy music or an audio book as you walk for an hour, or 10,000 steps daily.
Good luck.

Go running everyday. Whether this be a really gentle jog, or sprinting and walking, it's upto you.
This helps you burn calories, and it also helps you eat less. This is because when you run, your body produces a particular hormone which makes you less hungry.
Try it!
