i know how you feel. im vegitarian, and one day, my brother ate some medium rare meat and some blookd splattered on my face. i started crying
hey, it's not my fault!

Well you can always make salades, even if they just have lettuce and dressing. You can try all kinds of fruit, smoothies, and for breakfast try bagels, toast (with butter or jelly) muffins, danishs. Here is my favorite kind of smoothie:
(equal amounts of these ingredients)
strawberrys
rassberries
mango tango juice (Newmans own)
(Put all in blender and mix!)
You can always have pasta too, Its not too expensive and it tastes great! (you can add sauce on it too) Yogurt is great for lunch/ and great for you!
