i dont have no exuiptment.
But i really relyy need some simple exercises to loose weight from my stomach
any suggestions ?

Hi, maybe some sit ups, hold your stomach in but keep breathing, this is a good exercise for the tummy, good luck x

well they say sit ups are quiet good but swimming is the best way to lose weight aorund that area :]
also posture it good :]
try not to slup and suck in it help posture
