I really lyk this gurl in my school but she is hispanic and i dont know if her parents will accept me and i am not sure if she lyks me or not

First, understand there is no such thing as an opposite race; just different races.
Now, go ask her out like any other girl. All races are equal, so treat her like you treat any other girl.

Just introduce yourself and ask her if she would like to have lunch with you or go to church with you. Start off on threatening. While you are at lunch, let her know that you would like to go steady with her if she would like and then go from there.
Expressing you like someone is kind of a universal thing o.k. If you have to get permission from her dad as a cultural thing,then respect it and ask her dad if you can date her. It is the respectable thing to do.
