I agree with every one this is a fantastic diet. You are getting protien with very little fat. Wished I could eat that well. Love veggies but not as much friut.

It is much healthier than greasy burgers 3x's a day, french fries, cookies, chips, ice cream, etc. You are eating quite healthy.

That's fine if you eat that for a day, but I wouldn't eat it everyday. You have to have more protein, fat, and grains in your diet, or esle you will become malnutrious! Hope it helps!
