i'm kinda concerned about all the fruits and vegetables i ate today. in the morning i had a apple, banana, 1 kiwi, a glass of orange juice and a glass of grape juice. and then for a snack i had some blueberry yogurt, and then for supper i had 2 glasses of orange juice, 1 big bowl of vegetables like carrots, brocelli, celary, and a couple different kinds of lettuce, then for a snack later on i had another apple. is this healthy or no? also, other than that i had eggs and some toast for lunch and a little bit of meat for supper.
