This one isn't going to be all that happy - Teachers have to be very, very, very careful about their relationships with thier students. We are not allowed to be really 'friends' - It looks too fishy. We can be friendly and absolutely genuinely care for our students, but we cannot and must not take it outside the classroom.

My Field Supervisor said it perfectly: "Students don't care how much you know until they know how much you care." Your teacher would be flattered and honored that you have such feelings for her, but she will be absolutely unable to return those feelings, even if she wanted to. To do so would end her career (and any hopes of ever working as a teacher again) and would possibly have legal repercussions as well.

Sorry to be such a downer!

Okay, that's not unusual. Lots of kids I know have crushes on their teachers. But .. it's illegal for a student to have a relationship with their teacher unless it's just teacher-student, not girlfriends.
