i cant afford a dentist will an m-80 work or should i use a hammer and chisel? thank you

If you've seen a dentist in the past, you can call him. They all take care of their patients in emergency situations even over the weekend. If it's not possible to see you, they can phone in medication to alleviate the pain until next week. Most Dentist will be willing to work out a payment plan if your in this much pain. If you don't have a dentist, since it's the weekend you could go to the ER, there is usually a dentist on emergency call to handle cases. If they can't help you, they can give you antibiotics and pain medication to get you through this until next week when you can find a dentist. In most cases though, they can refer you to the emergency room stand by dentist who can get you in first thing Monday morning. Let's not use the m-80 or any other dramatic means to get relief though. It won't be nearly as expensive as you think. In the meantime try using Advil or Motrin 600 mg every 4-6 hours for the inflammation and pain. Good luck, sorry I couldn't be of more help.

An M-80'll take care of more than wisdom teeth, holmes. I'd suggest either blackcats or, an even better suggestion, finding a clinic that can help you set up very reasonable payment plans. I mean, you could find a way to pay 10 or 15 dollars a month, right? No one likes to see another person in pain (at least I hope that's true), and if you explained the situation, I'm sure that some dentist somewhere would be willing to help you.
I certainly don't envy you, though. I had some pretty serious dental problems last summer, and I had never experienced pain quite as terrible as that. Dentists know how bad that can be, and that's why I think you'll be able to find someone to help. Good luck.

Yes I had all 4 taken out at the same time and when the novacaine wore off it was pretty painful. Also, I got an infection which made the pain 10 times worse. PLEASE ask if they can prescribe you an antibiotic to start taking after the teeth come out, instead of waiting UNTIL you get an infection. Dont worry though, after about a week you'll feel fine- just watch movies and eat ice cream :)

A M80 should take out any teeth you are having problems with. Good luck and don't forget to spread some towels out so it's easier for the police to clean up your remains.

Sure, but you'll get a really bad infection, which will be much more painful than your wisdom teeth coming in.

I used an AK 47 when mine were giving me trouble,
Havent had to face that kind of pain again
I have had to grow a beard though to cover the hole in my cheek.

Take a couple of Excedrin and use Hydrogen Peroxide to help kill the pain.

that's not a recommended way to take out your tooth. let the dentist give you lidocaine and take it out. you'll cause more problems (and more money) if you do-it-yourself.
