YOU NEED TO DO SOMETHING TO BRING DOWN THAT TEMPERATURE - REGULAR ASPIRIN WILL WORK THE BEST - TAKE TWO ASAP and keep taking every four hours. You might want to bundle up even more to get some sweating going and try to break the fever. Drink hot drinks - make sure you are drinking lots of fluids. DO NOT TAKE COLD SHOWERS. We run a fever when the body is trying to kill the offending bacteria. If the temperature does not go down by tomorrow, get medical attention. If you have one of those walk-in clinics nearby that will be the best - hospitals can take too long to see you.

Sounds like you have bronchitis, and if the room is spinning you could also have inner ear infection and/or sinus infection go to the doctors....

At this stage it is to late for natural med.'s to help you quick enough. I could rattle of several for you to take once you are better and catch it right away but once the illness has a hold your better off just getting the antibiotics. Make sure to take an acidophillus complex so you don't get a yeast infection or upset stomach.

The following are suggestions you can look up online for Immune Boosting Natural Products that MAY help you in the future. Echinacea, Colloidal Silver, immune booster and lung support will help you to heal and help prevent some illness. Go to a good health food store for products like Wellness Formula, Ridgecrest Herbal Lung Support, Elderberry Syrup, Oscilliocoxium and Influezium Homepathic formulas will help with future prevention. Good Luck

Make sure you have someone with you to take care of you. You could go to a doctor and get some antiviral to speed up the healing process. Sounds like this is something you should do as you are at extreme risk for dehydration if you are "starving" out this fever. Please take as much fluid into your body as possible, chicken broth, juices, water, Gatorade type drinks. But most important, I restate: Don't stay alone and see a doctor. Good luck and get well soon.

If you carry a high fever for more than 24 hours, you really need to get to the ER or a 24-hr clinic. Especially if you live alone. High fevers can cause swelling of the brain and cause severe damage. Grab a sports drink and a cab and get to the hospital.

If its the flu, the best thing is to sleep.

That is a pretty high fever, I think you should see your doctor.
