There is no way to stop it but time. Next time don't sit or stand directly in front of one of those huge speakers. Once, after an all day outdoor concert, my ears rang for over a week.

It will stop after a day or two, next time the closer you are to the stage consider taking those foam ear plugs to protect your ears. If it doesn't stop go see a dr... There are natural remedies at good health food stores that are meant to stop ringing in the ear, you could try those. Quiet for a day or so wouldn't hurt.

It will go away in a couple of days, probably, but if not, see your doctor. I've always just suffered that one entire day after a concert. Let's face it, though, that's not good for our ears. Anyway, there's nothing you can do, but let it go away on its own.

If you are hearing ringing in your ears that means that you are causing DAMAGE to your ears. You can only WAIT for the ringing to go away.
i really suggest that you wear ear plugs next time. unless you want to learn sign language.
