Namaste!
I find it amusing to think about. I lived in an Indian village once. The local chai shops were limited in menu, but
for me much fun because of their thatched roofs and open air.

I dream about what I would like to serve if I owned one, with no problems getting supplies, a refrigerator, plenty of clean water, and a beautiful view.

I would have flowering bushes to hide a sink to wash your hands, right next to a 'powder room', a bike stand, & a fence in the back to protect us from the neighbor's cow who loves to look and look!

I'm having:
fresh water
badami milk, chai, bru
iddly, uppma
puris, curried vegetables
plain & stuffed parathas with chutney
chapathys, curd, dal, rice
samosas, pakoras
vadas, bondas (sweet also), dosas
barfi, laddoo
salad, chat
fruit salad
iced tea & sodas, incl. fresh lime
chickies & paan

What are you having for your chai shop?
If you want any ideas here for yourself, take them, please!

Peace & Love
