Dutch Apple Punch
2 cinnamon sticks -- 3-inches
2 quarts apple juice -- unsweetened
2 cups orange juice -- unsweetened
50 3/4 ounces sparkling apple cider
Combine cinnamon sticks and chilled apple juice; chill for 2 hours. Discard cinnamon sticks. Combine apple juice with remaining chilled ingredients in a large punch bowl.

Apple Orchard Punch
1 (32 fluid ounce) bottle apple juice, chilled
1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen cranberry juice concentrate
1 cup orange juice
1 1/2 liters ginger ale
1 apple
In a large punch bowl, combine apple juice, cranberry juice concentrate and orange juice. Stir until dissolved, then slowly pour in the ginger ale. Thinly slice the apple vertically, forming whole apple slices. Float apple slices on top of punch.

Apple Punch
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 quarts Apple juice
2 Cinnamon sticks
8 Whole cloves
1 1/3 cup Pineapple juice
1/2 cup Lemon juice
2 pt Orange juice
28 oz Ginger ale
DIRECTIONS:
Place apple juice in a NON-aluminum kettle; tie spices in
cheesecloth, add to kettle, and simmer uncovered 15 minutes;
discard spice bag. Mix spiced juice with remaining fruit
juices. To serve, place a large block of ice in a large
punch bowl, add fruit juice and ginger ale

1 quart lemonade
2 cups cranberry juice
ice cubes
Combine together. Add ice cubes.

1 (16-ounce) jar whole crabapples, undrained
1 (6-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 (6-ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 (1-liter) bottle ginger ale or lemon-lime soft drink, chilled
Stir together first 5 ingredients. Chill. Stir in ginger ale just before serving. Serve over ice.
Yield: Makes 4 quarts

1/2 cup apple, peeled and grated
1 to 2 teaspoons jaggery (gur), optional
Method
1. Boil 3/4 cup of water in a pan. Add it to the appels and jaggery and keep aside for 10 minutes.

This warm, bright-red punch is perfect for a children's Halloween party. Try ladling it out of a plastic trick-or-treat pumpkin. For a toddy version, adults can substitute 1 cup rum for 1 cup water.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
6 cups cranberry-apple drink
3 cups water
15 hard cinnamon candies
1 (6-ounce) can thawed limeade concentrate, undiluted
RECIPE METHOD
Combine all the ingredients in a large pitcher. Cover and chill 8 hours or until candies are dissolved. Pour mixture into a large Dutch oven, and cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated.
Cranberry Apple Punch
6 cups cranberry-apple drink
12 whole cloves, tied in cheesecloth
4 cinnamon sticks, broken
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
6 cups ginger ale
Cinnamon sticks for garnish
Orange slices for garnish
In a large saucepan combine cranberry-apple drink, cloves, cinnamon sticks and lemon juice. Heat to boiling point. Remove from heat, remove cloves, and steep for 15 minutes. Remove cinnamon sticks. Add ginger ale.
To serve, garnish each cup with a cinnamon stick "stirrer" and an orange slice.
Makes 12 servings.

a few drops of green food color for green apple or a few drops of red for red apple. a bit of lemon or lime juice will make green apple more sour.
