What is the age you consider a person to have lived a full life..since life is often cut short?

That depends on the individual and whether or not they are healthy. I know I'd like to live into my 90's, but if I was unhealthy and couldn't take care of myself I'd want to die sooner.

I myself will not feel I have lived a full life until I complete every item on my to do list.

Not a matter of how long you live, but how you live. Enjoy every moment you can and I would consider that a fll life.
