My walk with Jesus Christ (Christ means anointed) is on track. Jesus said we would have trouble. Think of it this way, the devil doesn't have to fight for people he already has, so you are going to have a lifetime of warfare. The good part is, when God helps you overcome, you are blessed and then here comes something else. If you are fighting, maybe you are doing something right.

There is nothing outside of God worth living for! Most people go through difficult times, some more than others, but all the more reason to put our faith in God, who is our strength and present help in times of trouble. As I look back over the years, I see God's hand that guided and planned, and although i don't understand everything - I trust God, because He is faithful.
Almost nine years ago now, my youngest child died in a tragic accident, at the age of 12. I have an addict son who I don't see, and over the years have made lots of trouble for not just himself, but for my family too. My experience is that God has the bigger picture, and all this while, He is working out everything together for my good, because I love Him. Romans 8 v 28.
I would love to tell you what I think of Jesus
Since I found in Him a friend so strong and true
I would tell you how He changed my life completely
That is something that no other friend can do
No one ever cared for me like Jesus
There's no other friend so kind as He
No one else could take the sin and darkness from me
Oh how much He cares for me.

Hi,
Sometimes it is hard being a Christian, but God is always there and loves us. I think its great that you had some experiences where God has provided for you. Those experiences really build faith. I would like to post a couple of verses to encourage you.
John 16:33
“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world”
Matthew 6:33
But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
John 14:27
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
Psalm 37:4
Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart.
James 1:2,3,4
Consider it pure joy, my brothers, when ever you face trials of many kinds, 3 because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. 4, Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
This one is my favorite.
Hebrews 12:1 Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.

Life is hard when you are Christian because you are attacked more by the forces of this world. But in a sense it is easier because in the midst of it God is with you. It is easy to get discouraged when you see yorself getting back into the ways of the world and Satan comes and tells you you can never walk the Christian walk but keep on walking and God will help you.

Finally, a REAL question. Thank you! There was no guarantee from God that once we begin to follow Him, that our lives will be all peaches and cream. I've noticed that it is more difficult, in fact, than it was when I had no faith. As a Christian, you have a responsibility to love and forgive others, to avoid saying and doing hurtful and immoral things, and you are constantly asking for forgiveness and being tested. Continue to read the Word and to pray, and you will remain strong, but I can tell you now it will never get easier.

Life is not easy. If it was smooth going, we wouldn't see the beauty of the mountains and sea-cliffs as the waves crash up upon them (sorry, horrible metaphor attempt there). Challenges help to strengthen our faith and to bring us closer to God, because if we have faith and trust in Him, we know that He will help us through the rough spots.
And God sends us little things to show us that He's there, but it's up to us to be open to Him and to hear what He has to say. If you stay strong in your faith, life is much easier. When things are going badly, I pray for the grace to carry through, and I ask Mary to ask Christ to help me get through the situations. And if it seems like things are still going badly, I look at the worst case scenario and thank God for preventing that from happening. God listens, and I know that in many instances, I prefer the bad situations that I'm in to what they could evolve into.
It is through faith and prayers that I have obtained the grace I need to keep going even though life can seem like hell at times.

My walk with him needs some improvement, when i started i thought that things would get easier because i was on God's side, but that actually when the devil really starts trying to take you down. So i know now that it is going to be harder for me but if i keep the faith in God and keep my heart in his hand, i will be fine, and you will too.

My walk with Christ, at times, is pretty pathetic and I'm not really prepared to give an explanation to Him for my many failings. I HAVE NO excuse.

Yes, he has shown me the right way...
The second coming is backwards. Only the innocent die and everyday there is hope, because without Hope there is no future. No signs or miracles. It is up to You to have FAITH! Satan is your savior (Temptation), passes Judgment onto god. So deceptive he will sometimes turn back to his original origin “An Angel of Light”.
Fear God... WHY?
Because when God showed signs & miracles, ”The Left Behind” created Religion. They said if you don’t go to church and pay us MONEY that you will go to hell. The church out of greed made its people go out and recruit new members for their religion and insist there religion is the right one. RELIGION has caused most Wars, Hatred, and Deaths!
