The calcium in milk cannot make you grow taller, but don't worry, all that calcium will help you develop healthy bones and teeth!
Growth Hormone is stored and secreted by the stomatotraph cells within the pituitary gland, which stimulates growth and cell reproduction in humans.
Some diseases which you may know of, gigantism, occur because of disturbance to the pituitary gland. That is the only way of which i know you can grow very tall, this however has really bad side effects such as disfigurement.

No, it wont help you grow taller. It makes your bones stronger. If given to a growing child, it may help the kid grow but not outside the limits of tallness which is hardcoded in his genes.
For growing taller, you can try swimming regularly, avoid weight lifting during the growing up years, skipping etc. If you are already grown up person and wants to grow more taller, I think you can try "Yoko Height Increaser" which acts on the acupunture points does some wonders as it claims. I dont know much in detail about this equipment, just heard about it and saw some ads. I do know any real testimonials personally.
