Not many people do both but your supposed to cut out snacks,and not eat any sugar.so your only eating three times a day and getting a great diet.that way helps you lose weight faster but you can also just do it the slow way and only choose one to do.that looses weight about 3 times as slow,i know this becaws my grandpa studies it,and hes comming up with a new vitamin called multi bio-v,i think,anyways if you have more questions about this or anything else you can email me at krystlduran@yahoo.com.thank you!;)

There is only one way to lose weight --- watch what you put in your mouth and exercise.

Losing weight and keeping it off does take commitment ... I do not care who says it is easy ... it is not easy. People who have nicely shaped bodies work at it ... period.

Will you be miserable doing it? Not necessarily. It simply depends where you focus your attention. If you are committed, then it is simply something you do - a way of life. If you are not committed, then it can be a daily struggle.

p.s. You do not need to spend one penny on it either.
