I have an awesome girlfriend, we have held hands, hugged many times, we put arms around eachother! What do i do or say to make her feel all warm inside, we aren't ready to kiss yet so keep it down low please! THANKS!

dont overdo things, brother. The 'moment' will come when you kiss. Don't force anything, otherwise your relationship will sour rapidly. Call her cute gf nicknames, like "bonita", "sweetpea", "beautiful", things like that. If she is as awesome as you put her out to be, then she will really like it.

Compliment something she's wearing, tell her something cheesy about her eyes (nothing too cheesy like comparing them to crystal pools of...)
Tell her that you like (like not love, if you say love even in reference to something trivial girls tend to internalize it) spending time with her, or that you could talk to her all day. You know sweet little cheesy things that girls like.
Good luck and don't wait too long to kiss her (unless you're still middle-school age or younger, then scratch that last sentence)

Just tell her how she makes you feel. Tell her how happy you are when you are with her. Tell her when you are having a bad day and you think of her you know everything will work out fine!
