for Christian women to read as a life guide (besides the Bible, obviously). Anyone read any good books they'd like to share about?

Sam Harris' "End of Faith", Richard Dawkins "The God Delusion", or anything by Carl Sagan. Those should help as a life guide for you.

There are many, many authors about Christian women and life guidance. I am not really a reader of books but Stormie Omartian Elizabeth Elliott , Joyce Meyer come to mind and are very good sources. You can also check out Chrisitanbook.com they can guide you also. Thanks for the question.

I just finished "The Case for Christ" by Lee Strobel. It is an analysis of the evidence for Christianity using the rules of evidence as employed by courts of law. It may or may not convince you but you're guaranteed to learn a whole lot. The evidence is actually much more compelling than most Christians think.

The best preachers say that Paul was the man that effected Christianity the most after Jesus and she is the most effective woman

There's this type of study Bible just for women, i don't know what its called but maybe if you look up bibles for women on the internet you might find one.

I'm reading "Purpose driven life" right now, I'm really enjoying it. Its written by Rick Warren, I would highly recommend it to you.
