well theirs UNICEF for one or you try looking on line at websites. you could try taking time off and go to country and take pictures that way you could get in anywhere.
try train in America or aboard ask around your village ask you parents ask schools teachers etc.

Your best bet would to be a Missionary. Check with the churches
