a faux-hawk is where the hair is normal except for a little bit of a mohawk look in the front. A mohawk is where ALL of the hair is split down the middle and spiked straight up.

a mohawk is when you stick up the hair you have and cut off all the rest and faux-hawk is when you stick the hair up like a mohawk but don't cut off the rest off the hair

faux hawk is fake. you fix your hair to make you look like you have a mohawk... a mo-hawk is real... shaved on both sides

a mo-hawk is when you've actually cut your hair so is pretty much always in the shape of a mo-hawk. a faux hawk is when you ahve anormal hair t and you gel it all up towards the middle and straight up.
