About 8 to 10 pounds over, now your age could change this.
if young, let's say ;17 thru 27 normal bone structure, you should weight around 168 pounds. but if you are older and have become a car person and your butt has
acquired the shape of a car seat, then you should weight more than 174 pounds. in other words you are a tad over. Do you like bicycles? way better than yoyo diets.

Just slightly overweight. It really depends how well built you are. If you are quite athletic or large framed, you really have absolutely nothing to worry about. If you are small frame without much muscle tone, then you really ought to lose a little weight.

It all depends on your body fat percentage. Get it checked before embarking on any weight loss.

Male Body Fat Percentages:

2%-4%: Essential Body Fat
5%-9%: Athletes/Body Builders
10%-17%: Ideal
18%-21%: Acceptable
22%-25%: Overfat
25% plus: Obese
