Visas for both Uruguay and Brazil or is Buenos Aires in Argentina. My geography is obviously shaky but you will need visitor's visas for both countries along with valid health certificates and passport. They may also require you to show proof of means to leave the country.

Just a passport is needed you can't stay pass 3 months without a visa.
