Soft and sensual. Don't bite. Don't be too sloppy. Just nibble a bit on the bottom lip. Suck on the lip from time to time, then go for the tongue. A good kiss does not necessarily mean that you stick your tongue in her mouth. I like to play with the lips and occasionally brush my tongue on her lip as I'm sucking on it. Just figure out your technique.
Also, she might have a different style of kissing, but eventually you'll find the middle ground.
Hands-- back of the head. I guess there's an erogenous zone there... It feels great to get caressed. Lower back, etc. If it's one of those kisses where you're getting naked later, it doesn't make much difference... unless the clothes are still on.

A good kisser will listen to her and adjust technique accordingly.
Key is slow.
Listen to the breathing, body language, her hands, everything...
There are "hot spots" up the side of the face, around the ears, and down the side of the neck that rarely fail. Lightly touch but not too light to tickle. A tickle usually overloads the nerves and breaks the mood.
