Well, say someone is good at answering dumb questions, that could be your PR guy - the one who runs interference when the boss drops in and wants to know "how are you guys doing," or "when will you be done." That kind of thing. Another person might be good at spelling and punctuation. That would be the person you put in charge of making sure document are in order before you hit send. Another might be good at making lattes. Man, we could use one of them at my office...
