cutting out bad carbs will help a lot. you said eat los of fruit, bu I would only eat like 2-3 servings of fruit per day, maybe more like 2. But you can eat plenty of green vegetables to help fill you up. This is preferred over fruit because of the sugar in the fruit. If you do exercise before each meal, that may be a lot, but if your metabolism is sluggish you can do a session in the morning and a session in the evening. Before each meal is too much though. Most experts recommend 5-6 minimeals per day, but some people feel better with just 3 meals. Also drink plenty of water as this will help you feel full, will help to flush out toxins and therefore fat, and will help to replenish what is lost during exercise.

Please, Do Not cut out carbs from your diet. By the way-your diet is whatever you eat. Regardless of just eating regularly, or trying to lose/gain weight. Complex carbs mixed with protein, are longer lasting sources of energy. Please, talk with a nutritionist, or your doctor on any further question on this. And yes, some fruit, and vegetables each day are good for you. Exercise can be walking, swimming, dancing, etc. Not all those jumping jacks, etc. we did in school Exercise up to 30 min. per day is basically what you need. Please don't go overboard on exercise, or cutting calories too low. Take care,

I cut my carbs way down and lost 50 pounds three years ago, I have kept if off, but have added "good carbs" for example whole wheat bread back into my diet. Low carb does work, but you can't go completely low carb especially if you are exercising as you need those carbs for energy. A lot of people really misunderstand low carb thinking that you are going to eat nothing but cheese and bacon the rest of your life...not true...to me it is cutting out sweets, and limiting things like bread, pasta, and high sugar fruits..many fruits are very high in sugar and can lead to weight gain...pineapples and bananas are very high in sugars...but it is okay to eat them in moderation ( Strawberries and blue berries are low sugar fruits...better choice). Read up on it to really understand what are good and bad carb choices. There are some web site and books out on the subject. It really does work, and the exercise is a must!
Good luck!

What to do: Instead of cutting food, add it. But only healthy food. If you want, I will send you a specific diet. Trust me it works. All you need to do is make sure you work out at least a little.
Why this works: If you go for long periods of time you gorge. And if you manage not to gorge, your body goes into starvation mode and holds onto the fat.
