Have you caught the flu yet?
If you have, how long did it last?
I caught it almost a week ago, I ran fever for three days.
I'm better now, but still really weak and light headed...
I'm so tired and depressed, but have slept so much already that I cant fall asleep very easily anymore.
Tomorrow will be one week....I'm ready to be back to normal!

Yes! I caught the flu back in November. The Flu didnt last all that long, maybe 3 or 4 days. However, it did lead to Pnuemonia that lasted for quite a bit longer. Just remember to eat what you can and to drink lots of fluids. Don't go back until you are ready.

By taking a good mulitvitamin and antioxidant supplement I have avoided getting the flu for years.

yes and my daughter has had it twice this year. I have it for five days solid. Hope you are feeling better though..take care....K
