I went out with a boy with similar height differences and i always felt uncomfortable.woman like to feel nice and small and petite.But i didn't finish with him because of his height think about his other qualities first.

Your friend sounds a bit shallow. I would say she should move on as she obviously doesn't like him that much if she's worried about his height! Surely he has other redeeming qualities to offer her....

It's not really a big deal. When i first started dating my first boyfriend he was shorter than me and them WHAM he got a growth spurt, screwed my best friend and I dumped him.... so you never know
