Working them out..maybe... Go to bodybuilding.com and then read about exercises you can do for each muscle. (Hamstrings, Calves, and Quads) Also, make sure you diet well, as your body will need something to work with to be able to build muscle, as in an increase in protein.

The best are squats and bikecycle.
Also any type of martial arts helps.

walking and doing leg squats..don't have to join a gym just do it.
