If you think you're fat, there's definitely something wrong w/ you. You must be very skinny and don't have any shape at all, just like a matchstick. You need to gain a little bit more. You said you eat 3 times a day, but what do you eat? You probably don't even eat right. In order for you to live a healthy, happy life, you have to take good care of yourself. If you don't nourish yourself right, you're body will not be able to protect you from diseases. REMEMBER, beauty starts from the inside.

Just stating that you eat three meals a day doesn't mean you are eating normally. How much are you eating? What are you eating? What is your calorie intake? Anorexics eat, they either refuse to eat enough to maintain their wait, or they eat very little in hopes of losing weight(even though they are already underweight and fear that they are fat/will be fat), or they "purge" after eating, especially binge eating. The difference between that and bulemia is that bulemics tend to try and stay at a normal weight, not try to be underweight. The biggest thing that suggests you are anorexic is your insistance that you are fat when you are obviously underweight. I would suggest that you talk to your parents and your doctor about your problem, if they haven't already approached you about it.

If you are overconscious of your weight, and you are consciously doing more exercising than your diet allows and eating less than your body needs to grow and develop as well as to compensate losses for nerves and daily activity you must be anorexic, even when eating what will be normal for another person in a situation requiring less calories.
But the important thing maybe different, here: whether anorexic or not, you have a problem, for sure, that makes you feel uncomfortable with a normal body. Try to talk to people around you to take out of you that thing or things that are making you feel uneasy. Trust me.
;-)
And congratulations for asking yourself about that: this is the first step before asking for professional help.
--------------------------------
Anorexia is much more complex than the media depict it, much different than a bulk of cute girly shallow adolescents wanting to be skeletal models and there has been anorexia for ages even though the media did not pay attention to it until recently.

I'm not a doctor so I wouldn't know if you are anorexic, bulimic, or anything like that -- I just know that I'm 5'6", just like you, and if I weighed only 81 pounds I would be scared as hell that might die!!! I dieted once and got down to 121 pounds and I had bones sticking out of me all over and I looked TERRIBLE!!! If, indeed, you do eat normally and you still only weigh 81 pounds I would suggest seeing a doctor to find out why. It's just not normal.

Anorexia if a false body perception that is acted on by not eating because your see yourself as fat when your not.
My sister is 5'1" and starts dieting at 100 lbs. because she thinks she is fat. That is mild anorexia, simply because she will eat and her lowest weight is 90 lbs.
If you start feeling the need to diet or even stop eating because you think you are fat at your size then I would say get help. Just saying your fat, but not trying to starve yourself doesn't mean you have anorexia.

Sounds to me like you may be. You have to know that you are NOT fat and you need to find ways to feel comfortable with yourself. Growing up is a hard thing to do sometimes but you have to remember that there will still be plenty of people who love you when you get old. Eat more and if you keep on thinking this way I would very much like it if you will seek counseling. Sometimes we need to talk about things with a professional and that is alright to do.

youre no longer fat in any respect. and anorexic all people is unquestionably in a position to achieve weight extremely certainly because even as they starve themselves, their body is going into starvation mode and something thats positioned into the body after that receives without delay saved as fat. some females that are tiny can eat what ever they pick because they have extreme metabolisms. now, anorexia is a psychological disease basically as a lot because it really is an eating disease. it feels like you've extremely sturdy administration over it. so my suggestion is to offer up it previously it is going to change right into a serious habit and also you change into obsessive over it. its more effective risky than it variety of feels. in case you nevertheless eat a lot less you are able to imagine you've administration over it yet quicker or later you may want to get dizzy and pass out for a second, get freaked out and examine out to eat and hit upon that your body rejects any nutrition you install it and also you commence throwing up uncontrollably.. yeah, its risky and it is going to take administration over you previous to you imagine. so supply up even as you nevertheless can and be healthful by potential of determining an hour an afternoon, 6 hours a week. and eating healthful meals like end result, veggitables, entire wheats, and lean proteins (interior the right parts) and it is going to artwork.. once you imagine about it, being healthful truly is more straightforward than no longer eating. if youre having hassle replacing your options, try incorperating one new element each week.. mutually with determining for a 1/2 an hour, eating more effective end result and veggitables, or eating a lot less undesirable nutrition. sturdy success.

You are still considered anorexic as you have an altered body image. You are teribbly underweight for your height and have the altered body image so see your doc and get help for this before something serious happens.

anorexia is when you don't eat anything. You aren't anorexic unless you skip meals for days.
Trust me, you aren't fat. I've heard a LOT bigger. They may have confused anorexia with think you are fat.
