The 1992 Caravan does not have a fuel safety shutoff. It does have a fuel pump relay that is located on the fender wall near the battery!

There are several relays there, all are identical.

If you are having a problem with the fuel pump not working, or low fuel pressure, it is either a bad pump (95%) or a clogged fuel filter (5%). The fuel filter is located on the drivers side frame rail, about a foot behind the drivers door!

The fuel pump is locate in the tank, and you will have to remove the tank to replace the pump. One hint: use a factory fuel pump!!
The aftermarket pumps have more problems then they are worth. My shop will not warranty the labor if a customer insists on installation of an aftermarket pump, because we have had so many problems with them!!!
