I dont live in KY but you can always go to craigslist.com under pets and see if someone is selling them in your area.

Petfinder.com almost always has some for adoption, the fee can't exceed $200 on there. Just click on your state.
Also look for breeders on puppyfind.com They have breeders from every state, as well.
