she tells me that i should come over to her house so we can take a walk.
she messages me and tell's me that she's lonly and wishes she had someone to love her
(she does that in the middle of conversations)

she asks me who i like CONSTANTLY

she won't well... she says "can't" tell me who she likes

However, the only answer I can give you is that you need to ask, and keep on asking! It sounds like she is playing the "game" and is feeling you out, so it would be safe to say it's a good possibility that she likes you. Maybe you should reverse the role, and play monkey see monkey do?

If you don't like her, when she asks you who you like again, say that you don't like anybody right now and that you don't have a girlfriend. That will be her signal to bow out gracefully.
