First, pass it. I recommend a salt flush. I heaping tsp of salt in a quart of warm water. (After not eating anything for 12 hours). Plan on being close to the bathroom for awhile. Enemas work, but I'd rather take the salt flush. After that, take charcoal in water (put a tablespoon full of charcoal in a jar with water, so you can put the lid on and shake it, then drink it) The charcoal buffers the waste products of the dead germs your body is killing, so they don't make you more sick. Actually what makes you feel sick is not so much the live germs, but the dead ones your body has killed. Drink plenty of water, and don't eat for awhile, or you will be feeding the few bugs that are left, and they will multiply.

Pretty much need to wait it out, unless you go to doc and they can prescribe maxalon or stemetil, both these really help to take that horrible nausea away.

Keep hydrated. Gatorade. (Also, something w/ ginger in it for the nausea.) Take it easy. Rest.
