Vitamins and proteins probably will not help. The body is too complex, and if you supplement one thing, you might cause a shortage of something else. Excess protein puts a load on the kidneys, etc. Your best bet is a supernutrition diet. If you could add some vegetable juices, and things like nutritional yeast, then your body would have all the raw materials for whatever it was ready for. I don't know your age, etc, but the body grows in spurts, and maybe you're about to get one.

Milk. Vitamin A, Calcium, and protein make you grow. Milk has an abundance of all 3

Virtually speaking, protein (aided by a healthy diet) should help you grow but it really depends on genetics and your current age. Height accompanies normal growth (i.e puberty). Hate to break it to you but there are no guarantees you will grow!

No if your diet is adequate, they won't help you. Sorry, but if your diet is deficient, they might help you achieve a growth rate that is normal for you.

If you are still a teenager, there are some products that go in your shoes that claim to help by stimulating the accupoints in your feet.

There are some herbs based on cuttlefish or octopus, that I recall also. - try a search online for that.
