It not true that you are already in hell, but it is true if you reject what He did on the cross for you then when you die you will go to hell. 1 Corinthians 15: 3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 1 Corinthians 15: 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

No, that is not true at all. I believe in Jesus and am a christian, and I do not believe that..
I think that is a "Figure of Speech" so to speak..
Some might say that to get a point across to you, that you need to believe.
But No, Earth is not Hell, somedays it feels like it, even to people who do believe...but living on earth is not hell.
Maybe what they are trying to say, is life got easier, when they accepted God as there personal savior..and they thought there life was hell before that..
Im not sure..
But No, this is not hell, the Bible tells us where and what Hell will be like, and this is nothing close to it...

No. Hell and heaven are physical places. However, Jesus calls us away from self-destructive patterns of life. He knows there is no real joy or life in there. So we can say that life can be a living hell, but hell is really a real and physical place. Choosing not to believe in hell or/and heaven does not make them any less real. But it is kind of hell on earth too when PEOPLE start to say to other people that they are going to hell. Only God knows, because He knows our hearts. And I am confident that there is no force in you/us that Jesus cannot overcome. : )

The word “hell” is found in many Bible translations. In the same verses other translations read “the grave,” “the world of the dead,” and so forth. Other Bibles simply transliterate the original-language words that are sometimes rendered “hell”; that is, they express them with the letters of our alphabet but leave the words untranslated. What are those words? The Hebrew she’ohl′ and its Greek equivalent hai′des, which refer, not to an individual burial place, but to the common grave of dead mankind; also the Greek ge′enna, which is used as a symbol of eternal destruction. However, both in Christendom and in many non-Christian religions it is taught that hell is a place inhabited by demons and where the wicked, after death, are punished (and some believe that this is with torment).

no, It's More Likely That If We Don't Believe in Jesus, Then We Don't Believe In Hell Aswell.

No. During your life time you have a chance to beleive in Jesus. It does not matter how long it takes for you to beleive. On your judgement day God will not ask you how long it took you to beleive, but lovingly take you into the gates of Heaven and away from the fires of Hell. If you don't beleive now, then you can still change. But be warned, once you die and are punished, there is no more chance. Your chance is here on Earth.

In eternity all the injustices and evils of this world will be judged. Someday every nation and individual will stand before God, and to those who have ignored or disobeyed Him, He will say, "Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels" (Matthew 25:41).

Those are sobering words, and it would be foolish (as well as dangerous) for us to ignore them. Hell is real, the Bible says—just as real as heaven. No, I don't know exactly what hell will be like—but not one word about it in the Bible would ever make me want to go there. Jesus called it a place of "darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth" (Matthew 22:13).

But listen: You don't have to go there! God loves you, and Christ came to open heaven's door for you. Only one thing will keep you out of heaven, and that is your sins. But on the cross Christ took upon Himself our sins and the punishment we deserve. Don't let another day go by without Christ, but by faith give your life to Him and trust Him alone for your salvation.

No.

BUT listen to what the Bible says..

John 3:16 says "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life"

If we do not believe in Him, our names will not be found in this BOOK of LIFE

Revelations 20: 11-15

"Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. Earth and sky fled from his presence, and there was no place for them. And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books. The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what he had done. Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. If anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire."
