I am a ordained minister already however i want to form my own church based on different theology. More all inclusive. simular to the unitarian church. I want to celebrate the Kingdom of Heaven that exist all around us now, instead of shame or scare people from true faith!

Well, you will need to find like minded people and start holding meetings, perhaps at your houses. If it is a Church that fulfills a need in the community, then it should grow from there.

Rent a hall and start preaching, I guess. If you take a collection, you'll need a license from the county or state. Your county clerk could tell you the exact rules.
