Groom's Dinner Suggestion?

Can you help me plan a rehearsal dinner that is in good taste, but with a single mom's, modest budget? Not only would there be the wedding party, but several out-of-town guests. Cooking and serving is not a solution. What ideas do you have that would keep the event non-stressful, yet wonderful?

This is a Rehersal Dinner? Didn't know if I made that clear.

Have it at a restaurant that would allow you to have a private area , also that would eliminate the cost of renting somewhere. You could also ask about a set menu. What about a caterer coming to the rehersal site and catering the dinner there.
