ive strarted a diet and it has been working great for me, but everytime i get into the weekends i always gain it back because its hard to stick to your diet when your sleepin over your friends house and theyre all eating whatever. Any tips to help stop yourself from eating so much when your friends are at there houses? thanks

Why not take your own snacks with you? If your friends are really your friends, they'll respect you for sticking to your diet and not try to tempt you with the other things. You're doing great! Just make things easier for yourself by having good stuff available to eat and snack on!

I know it is kind of rude, but if they are your real friends they will listen. Ask if they can stock the frig and cabinets with food you can eat. See my mother has a Friend staying over and he is diabetic so we have got rid of all the sugar coated food. It really isn't a sacrifice. We all are just eating healthier. You should really try this.

Easy Solution: Have THEM sleep over and you can have all your diet food right where you are and they can eat healthy too its a win win
