i am over weight a little and i need to loose weight for my health and my look i am a little taller then 5 feet 5 inches i weigh more then 130

You have a balanced diet and excersise every other day for 45 minutes, the every other day because your muscles need one day to relax

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

eat healthy and go to the gym ( 4 times a week for 1 hour a day) and try and go swimming every morning before you go work i was over weight too and thats how i lost it, i lost 2 stone in 2 and a half months
