I think adoption is an awesome idea and probably the route I will take if I decide I would like kids in the future. There are many kids who need a good home already, it almost seems a little selfish to me these days for people not too adopt just to have "their own seed." If you raise a kid, it will be your kid, whether it came from your "seed" or not. Anyway, I think adoption is definitely the way to go. Plus, the woman doesn't have to go through to pain and physical changes of child birth.

Pro's:
-you are adopting a child that has been abandoned or has no family
-you are obviously willing to love a child, despite the fact it would not be your biological child
-you will experiance the same thing all parents do with having a small child
Con's
-you will not be able to experiance pregnancy and birth (at least first hand, though you may be able to "pre-adopt" a child that has not been born yet)
I think it is perfectly okay and you should go for it!

I think that is a wonderful option. There is nothing wrong with that I think its great!! It sounds like you are able to afford another one so lets see positives well you give a child a home that needed one, you can have another child with no weight gainLOLOL!!, all the wonderful joys of having another child to celebrate life with. Now to negatives I guess it is sometimes hard to find a child, adoption agencies are manic about home visits etc. sometimes there is cost for the childs birth. But all in all I think it would be worth it and your whole family will benefit.

Honestly it's perfectly fine to adopt a child, and not give birth to one. You'd be helping out a less fortunate child that probably would have never made it far in life had you not adopted him/her. I say adopt a child and raise it, and then if you want to try natural childbirth go for it! If not then just continue adopting children. There is nothing wrong with you for not wanting to give birth to a child. You may find out that after adoption that you'd like to try for a biological child, but you treat that child just like the adopted child! As long as you have lots of love, and affection to give, then I don't see what the big problem people have with you wanting to adopt, and not give birth. It's your bod, your life, and ultimately it's YOUR CHOICE! GOOD LUCK!!

Adoption is wonderful!!! There are so many children that need homes now. Although having your own is completely different, adopting is just as special if your husband is on board.

+ There are so many children out there who's parents have abandoned them. YOU would be a savior to the child you adopt. Plus you wouldn't have to go through pregnancy.

Absolutely!! What a wonderful person you are . I cant have anymore children and I will most likely adopt! I think it is entirely up to you. There are alot of children out there that need parents! Good luck to you!

Yes u should adopt because it could help save children that were abused or anything like that. We have an adopted girl from Hunan China. She is beautiful, and a miracle. It is just what our family needed. i would advise you not to adopt from the US because a lot of them have defects like autism and tumors or secondhand smoke.

its wonderful to adopt children whether you can have your own or not. if you want to adopt instead of having your own or adopt and have some of your own that great there are so many children out there who need families. GOOD LUCK!

positives you will have a chance to chose your baby boy or girl
you will give a child a home who would not have one otherwise
you won't have all the extra weight of having a baby or get sick
if you don't haveyour own baby your husband may get upset because he never got to see the result of your biological child adopt one and have one best soloution
