You will need to take her to the Vet. Sounds to me like she may have some sort of virius (a cold) or upper respetory. Does her tail bob when she breaths? If it does, then she does have that. The only way to know for sure and so you don't loose her is to tke her to an avian Vet. Call around and ask the Vets in your area, tell them her systems and get her in to see the Vet as soon as possiable.

Hmmm This is a tough one. I would take the little guy to an avian vet. In the meantime, feed him a good pellet diet, with10% fruits and veggies and add chopped egg with crumbled shell for the extra protein, calcium and other nutrients to build a healthy immune system. All seed diets lead to malnutrition. May things improve soon and perhaps you can nip this in the bud. Best wishes.

Ok...what i would do is keep it warm. Hopefully the bird will live. When you go to the pet store, ask how long you should keep the the bird in the heat. It varies with each type. I had a prakeet that got sick.....and i found out that when a bird shows that it's sick....it will pretty much go beak up. I hope that I helped you. I hope the bird makes it.

Your bird needs to see an avian vet. Putting ANYTHING in the water will cause bacteria to grow. It sounds like your bird has an infection that will need professional treatment.

take it to the vet. puffed up feathers means that it is having trouble regulating it's body temperature. it could have an infection or something more serious.

Is it possible it's getting too much heat? It should have a way of getting away from the heat if it starts getting overheated as well.
