I would go with Allie, for a few reasons:

1.) Allie is the only spelling that doesn't infer that the full name is "Allison" or "Alyson" or "Allyson."

2.) Ally could be mispronounced as "Ollie", if you say it to yourself a few times (since A-L-L spells "All" and to add a Y might be interpreted by some to be pronounced as "Ollie.")

3.) Aly definitely looks like a nickname for Alyson, which is a very popular way to spell Alison these days. Chances are, your daughter will know other Aly's.

Give her a unique quality by spelling it differently and using Allie! I always loved that my middle name was spelled "Leigh" because it is feminine and different from all the "Lee" middle names. The I-E ending sounds more feminine, delicate, and complete... it's obvious that Allie is the full name, not an abbreviation.

I really really like it!

I would not go with Ally because that's a regular word (not proper name), as in an ally in a war, pronounced "al-eye." A very cute name, but that particular spelling could cause some confusion.

Ally sounds like Al-lie, as in the opposite of the axis powers in WWI & WWII.

I think Aly is how that Disney singer spells her name, from Aly & AJ.

And Allie is how my grandma spells her dog's name.

What if you made her name Alisandra or something like that and called her Aly for short?

Ally reads the best... I don't think there's any way of pronouncing it wrong. then again, Aly is a very cute/different way of spelling it. I'm horrible with decisions! good luck!
