sure....why not.....they sell frozen mac and chz in the store!

Yes. It freezes really well. Just make sure it's in a freezer safe container and that it has come to room temperature before you stick it in the freezer. When it's time to reheat, you may want to add another splash of milk to bring back some of the creaminess.

Yep, allow it to cool and wrap well in an airtight container, be sure to label it and date it and freeze for up to 3 months.
