my husband is on Meth Prog how can i tell if he is still using heroin?

If he's using again he's wasting money, because the methadone blocks the endorphins that heroin effects 2 get high. The only way he can get that feeling with methadone is to take one of the benzos like xanax. This will give him the downer buzz. I doubt he is using. I'm sure he knows how the methadone works. I believe that, other than subjectivity - your own personal observations and conclusions, of your man's behavior - only serum (blood) tests can determine, for sure, whether heroin or methadone is being used. Be well.
