I shred each and every thing too. I once shredded a guy because he walked with assistance from my living house even as i change into shredding records, and that i idea he may have seen something by the window.

Yes, it is dangerous. Anyone can go through your garbage and then get a card in your name. Always tear up or better yet shred any papers that have any sensitive information on it. Even receipts.

Put a clean new liner in the kitchen garbage can,
Tear through all the pertinent info like your name , address, social security . . . any vitals .
Put the torn up offers in the can. Toss a weeks worth of kitchen garbage on top.
ID crooks are really too lazy to patch forms together that have old kitchen garbage ripening on them.
Worked for me for 20 years now . . .

It can be dangerous. I prefer to shred anything that has my name and address on it just to be safe.

It depends. If the offers have your personal information on them they should be shreadded. If they do not? Then there is really not much to worry about since nobody can apply without your information.

I send all those right back in THEIR post paid envelopes and tell them they will continue to pay for me to return all their crap to them as long as they keep sending it. I even staple some extra paper so they really have heavy mail to pay for.
OooOOOoooh I love socking it to the credit card companies !
