If you are interested in someone, do you tell them?

If someone asks you out, and you aren't interested, do you turn them down?

I'm kind of traditional when it comes to that..I prefer the man to approach me about a potential relationship. If I'm not interested then I will tell him I am not looking for a boyfriend, I turn them down but in a nice way.

Yes, you must tell your feelings...signs are not always enough.
If I am not interested in someone I wont ask out and would turn down, no need to waste time unless you want to consider the person again!

I use to be. But now i am too old for all that bold drama.
of course you turn them down if you are not interested. if you go out with them you show interests, think about it.

Yes I would tell them

I'm too much of a wuss to tell someone I wasn't interested. I would give some sort of pathetic excuse. lIsten to the excuse though. If it is prefaced by "I would really like to spend time with you later but..." Then it might be genuine.

I try to tell them but usually have my downfall (too shy).

I would still give them a chance, even if I am not interested. You never know, you might be in for the surprise of your life!

Yes.....It goes along with being honest....I like to do it politely when turning someone down though....they are human and have feelings.

If I like someone I normally act stupid. But if someone likes me and I don't like them I'm mean and honest.

try getting to know them first as friends, then see where it goes...you may drop hints like a ecard, or card. or maybe a "friendship date". maybe they feel the same way....take the chance.
