Im not birdist..but...
They come over here and eat our seeds and sleep with our hens!
I ask you,do they deserve fair treatment?

Allot of places chop their beaks off and cram them so close together they can't move so that they "don't kill each other". Sometimes they miss and take off more than just the beak.
Have you ever SMELLED a chicken factory. That's rotten shiste, eggs, and body parts.
Of course those chickens kept on farms are treated much better, often even treated as pets.

Hi there. Chickens are really treated poorly. They are stuffed in cages in their own filth, and their beaks are cut so that they don't pluck each other in their stressful environments.I've talked to men who admitted to picking one up and splitting it by pulling its legs apart.And yes, what your imagination can come up with, is true. One in 3 chickens in the grocery store is infected with salmonella. Free range may be the way to go. Thanks for posting.

No, not in the slightest.
However, (and I am an animal lover, member of the RSPCA etc), I have to be honest and state that chickens are evil! They are stupid (why do they always get scared when you walk near them to feed them? You would think they'd get used to it) bitchy (they are merciless to weaker birds, pecking eyes and feet) and Roosters have serious behavoural issues. (especially bantams - the tiny ones..God, talk about Napoleon syndrome).
That is why I eat chicken with no regrets..sorry.

Most don't. Does any animals deserve to be locked up in a cage for they're whole life and slaughtered? Ours do tho. They wonder round the garden, eat as much as they like (and funnily enough aren't fat) and we don't kill them. We even have chicks. Go on peta2.com to see what KFC does to them to see the real answer to ur question

Like when we kill them for chicken nuggets? well, we do have to eat, but it is kinda unfair to kill another living thing just for something like KFC, but its the way of life....

Yes they get all the glamor, they can be Baked, Boiled, Deep Fried, Southern Fried, BBQ'd and a bunch or other ways, darn made myself hungry..... LUNCHTIME

I think its kinda funny that in the summertime, they keep them all cool and comfy in an air-conditioned room before they kill them for market!!!
