I'm a cosmetologist and right now short fringes are not in very much anymore..it depends on how short you go with them. the blonde in pulp fiction short NO! short side bangs yes!

on the head a fringe should be at least a centimetre above the eyebrows for maximum water resilience if its a pubic fringe then shorter is better
